I took the "CFC # 117 - In stitches" literally. So I put my birds and the little red heart within the stitches on this card.

This card is inspired by this week's RIC # 45 - Tanya Taylor challenge. The colour stripes on the dress were my inspiration. The sentiment and the die cut are from "Simon says stamp -you", which I had stamped in a curve. Click on the image below to check out the challenge.

Hi all. Finally, I am back with a card.
This card is inspired by this week's RIC # 45 - Tanya Taylor challenge. The colour stripes by the model's arm actually inspired the design on my card. Since the colour stripes were to a side, I had my butterfly placed at an angle and to the right of my card. The black lines and the sentiment are sketched. Hi all. We have moved to a new house this weekend. I have been busy over the past week, which seemed really looooong time, packing all the stuff in house; especially my craft material and the workstation. Hence there have been no cards and no updates on my blog all the while.
All the boxes and furniture were dumped in the new place on Sunday. It's time to unpack my craft station here, today. Good news!! There are many boxes yet to be unpacked. Any tips and advises in this regard will be highly appreciated. :-)
I bet most of you understand that it will take a while to turn a new house into home. I got busier with this whole house-moving, besides the job. I will hopefully find time and start making cards again soon.
